Called on Monday morning to make an appointment for an estimate regarding fixing my rear bumper quarter panel and was told to come in that same morning. My Estimator, Jeremy C. helped me right away. Showed him the damage and he told me it wasn't as bad as I thought it was and could I bring it in on Thursday morning. I was in and out within an hour. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company for your repairs.

I was backed into with a tow hitch, which completely ripped my passenger's side open. I was very upset due to this being a brand new car! The other party was found at fault of course. I called my insurance company and then I called Gerber! My car was towed within the half hour! They were in contact with me the entire time, gave me a detailed list of what had to be done, and I didn't have to deal with the other insurance company! They took care of everything! My car was there for about a month due to it having near $9000 worth of damage, but I was expected to get it Nov 18th and got it on the 2nd instead! I can say that I was very impressed by the work that was done! It looks like nothing ever happened to it! Came out of the shop looking like it rolled off the lot! Fully detailed, buffed, and waxed! I had a truck sideswipe me leaving black rubber on the fender of my new car. I stopped into Gerber in order to see if I should go through insurance or if less than my deductible. To my surprise they sent tech out immediately, he rubbed it out and the best was no charge. Thank you Gerber for your help. Highly recommend.
