Thank you very much for the good service you did on my 2016 kia soul, i never met such wonderful people, the wonderful lady at the front desk, i have a card here of the name of samantha h. i dont know if that were her name, but she ran the front desk, and was very nice to my husband and i when we came to get the car it was dark, and dont ride at nite , and we told her, and she was very concerned about us getting home, like i said, i dont know if her name was samantha, but she worked the front desk in high point gerber, kimberly q. who did the estimation was also very nice and polite to me, i am very happy with gerber collision, and its workers, plus the detail man who bought the car out did a very good job cleaning the car up for me, and he was very polite, i dont know his name but he was big built black man, and i couldnt have asked for ... better people to work on my car, i recommend, them to anyone who needs work on collision, or whatever work they do on cars, i know they do glass work too, this company was recommended by state farm insurance claims dept, and recommended by my sales man at the kia dealer on main high point, thank you for you help, and i will keep in touch with the Happy Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas to all, thank you again, and Happy New Years read more

The car looks brand new. I received updates every day via email on the progress of the repairs. They even finished my car a little early. I would use them again for sure.

Elena, Ashlee and Amy--as well as everyone else I met--were extraordinarily kind in a moment of great stress as they assisted me after a hit and run accident. The work was done very professionally, they kept me completely informed and went above and beyond--knowing when I needed that hug really helped! Thank you so much--I will recommend your team to anyone who has need of your service.
