Kobi and Larry were patient and entertaining when we showed up early to pick up our truck . Everyone did everything they could to make our experience incredible. the people in this office - Eduardo, Austin and the assistant at the front desk have been outstanding in handling things that have happened to my daughter's car this year -- she hit an elk and 11/22/16 had a car accident when someone pulled in front of her -- THESE FOLKS HAVE CALLED ME, they have kept me informed and they are so very kind and coureous -- there isn't another place we would take our cars based on customer service alone -- they have helped with the insurance claim, helped with rental car information, etc.....and, they are really, really good to me and my girls -- THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH - if everyone gave this kind of customer service, we'd all be a lot happier!

I brought my car to Gerber after it was in an accident and the staff at this location were extremely helpful. From Amber at the front desk keeping us informed, to Jennifer dealing directly with the insurance on the damage that was not seen before. The manager Bob was also extremely friendly. They made the whole experience a lot less stressful for me. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know!
