The entire experience from beginning to end was great. I have to say the reason that this happened was entirely due to the person who I was working with at your facility. Her name was Amy F. she was fantastic. She was professional, thorough, polite and even pretty funny. Most importantly I thoroughly appreciate her attention to detail. At one point I even asked her if she was part owner of the shop bc of how invested she was in the repairs being performed. The repair looks amazing and my experience was great. Thank you!!!

I chose this company because it was a select vendor from State Farm and I needed some Auto Body Repair. I brought my car in, where Val diligently reviewed the damage to my vehicle. Although a somewhat timely estimate, Val showed me every concern she had, mark she found around the accident site, and area needing to be fixed. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car in for repairs, where again, Val wiped down my vehicle and showed me every mark related to the accident, unrelated to the accident, the odometer reading, gas level, and car condition. I was told the repairs would only take three days, so I opted not to have a rental car. Annabelle called me Wednesday afternoon and explained they would be having a meeting in which she would have a better idea of when the actual repairs would be completed. She called the next day, said the car ... would be ready that evening, and scheduled me with a pick up time. Upon arriving for pick-up, my car was already waiting for me in the garage, Annabelle processed my paperwork quickly and went over all the checkout details, which she placed in an informational folder. She was quick, kind, and professional. Then Val took me to the car and showed me the repairs and explained the actions to take if I was not sure repairs were completed. Unfortunately, I had to have a back bumper repaired due to a hit and run in a parking lot. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and I had never heard of them, so I researched the internet and found no complaints! So, I took my car there for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at the superior service I received. I returned 2 days later to drop off my car and they gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. It was repaired ahead of schedule, so I was very pleased to get my car back early. I highly recommend Gerber Collision!

I would like to thank Ms. Karen O. for her help when I came to make the appointment she was very nice and very helpful she was also able to answer my questions concerns I had plus she able to book your appointment to accommodate your schedule. I would like to thank Mr. Grayson S. as well he was very nice as well and helpful and took me step by step in the process to let me know what was going to be done to my vehicle and let me know what it was going to cost. I also like Gerber cause they keep you updated on your car from the time you drop it off too the time you pick it up! I felt very welcomed when I walked in the door so that meant a lot to me and I would do business there again and I would recommend my friends and family to Gerber if they need any type of body work done. I would like to thank the Mechanics that worked on my car to get ... the scratches out it looks brand new like I didn't have a scratch on it YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!
