I came back to get my car body work a second time because Marcel is a true professional, knowledgeable and personable. Marcel remembered me from my previous time getting work done, about 3 years ago. Diana was very professional, and knowledgeable. Julie was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Marcel, Diana, and Julie make for,a great team. I will be coming back to conduct my business in the future. I am very happy with the overall customer service, their professional attitude, and the body work on my car. Thank you staff at gerber collision for a pleasant experience.

From reception to collision services, everyone at Gerber was courteous and professional. The work was completed on time and the quality of the repairs was obvious. I particularly appreciated the detailed explanation of the work that was done and the updates I received on progress.

Having an accident is a real bummer. But as soon as I dropped off my car at Gerber, recommended and guaranteed by my insurance company, I felt better. Josh was my contact person throughout the entire process, and he was super efficient, sending daily text updates on the progress of my car collision repair. They used only Subaru parts. I could not be more happy with the final repair and their professional manner in taking care of the customer.

Great customer service, quality work, and work was finished ahead of schedule. Appreciated the voicemail updates. Car was cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. Rare to have this type of customer service and attention to detail today.

Really happy with the service, just want to say thank you for all you guys did for my car. It looks great and thank you for putting the air in my tire too, and you didn't have to do that. Thank you for going the extra mile for your customers, may the universe have great things coming your way. Thank you very much again.
