I arrived with the car at the Douglasville location just as the store opened and was greeted professionally by Jeri W. After hearing my dilema, Jeri asked to look at the vehicle before telling me "I'll take care of it!" Less than 10 minutes went by before Jeri told me the car was ready to go.
