Thanks to Amanda and Ashley for the excellent customer service they provided during the repair process of our daughter's 2001 Honda Accord that was damaged while parked at Target in Huntersville on March 14, 2017. They were both so easy to work with especially since I we live out of state in Lynchburg, VA - they were kind enough to work with me via telephone and email. I would highly recommend your repair facility to anyone and everyone. Guess you need to open some VA locations!!! :)

I was unfortunate enough to be T boned by an unconscious driver who was driving a Chevy Astro van. He hit drivers side bed of My Z71 Silverado which snapped the axel and Both alloy wheels, shot the tail gate off and completely twisted the bed. I was very upset because I make a point of keeping my vehicle in good shape only to have it mangled. I explained my concerns about insurance companies being cheap skates and that I didn't want any old differential out of some clanger work truck that's been towing a tool trailer around for 200 miles. They assured me this would not be the case and they would stand by the parts they replace. I was a mechanic for GM for 10 years and know how these Silverado Diffs are prone to excessive lash. Without going into too much detail, my vehicle was given back to me in pristine condition. It drives straight and ... the paint is flawless ( believe me I checked) The crew at Gerber on southwest highway went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again for turning an unfortunate and frustrating situation into something that was seem less and painless. read more

I love how there were many forms of communication while my car was being fixed. Scott was amazing! I got a phone call less than 24 hours after I dropped off my car. Scott gave me a full detailed description of what was going to happen, answered all of my questions and gave me reassurance that my car was in great hands. I received text messages and phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was very excited when I found out that my car was going to be done earlier than what I was originally told. I had an experience with another auto body place a few months back. My daughter was involved in a car accident. They were less than informative. I hope that this doesn't have to happen again, but if it does, God forbid, I will always choose Gerber!!!! This is my third time using Gerber. My insurance company uses them as a guaranteed repair provider. I trust Gerber, I'm not so sure I trust the Toyota Service Department they took my Highlaner to for the repair of the radiator in April 2016. Gerber recently repaired the front bumper on my car --> they had it done in record time. The first time I used them in 2015 when my car was hit by an uninsured motorist they told me about the Washington state law that helps folks get a rental car even if they don't have rental car coverage. I truly appreciated knowing this info.

I was very pleased with the repairs and the customer service. I appreciated that I was called and updated on the status of my vehicle. My only complaint is that the interior of my vehicle was dusty when I picked it up. However, when I mentioned this, the gentleman who helped me grabbed a cloth and some spray and started cleaning the inside of my vehicle even though it was after closing. It was clear that he was committed to customer satisfaction!
