Tom R. was incredibly during helpful the entire process. The insurance company had authorized non-Honda parts but after they were installed, Tom noted that the quality and alignment was not there and got these parts replaced quickly with original Honda parts. They test drove the car and noted damage from a previous accident that another body shop had not repaired properly. I've returned to that body shop for a "re-do", saving me a lot of costs and risks in the future. Thanks Tom for looking out for me and taking the time to educate me!!

I needed my bumper replaced due to an accident. From the moment I called I felt that I would be treated very well. I took my car in on Monday morning was told that it will be taken care of and by the end of the next day I had it back like new. They even buffed out my side mirror and I fell in love with my car all over again. Great job guys.

This is my second visit back to this location to have some follow up warranty work done after my initial paint/repair from an insurance claim. I originally came in to have my car repaired toward the end of last year. I had the pleasure of dealing with Riley and Brian. When I came back for this visit it was no surprise that Brian is now the manager. He was very thorough the first time I came in and made sure that above all else I was happy with the process and felt like I was being heard and helped. I have had the same experience so far this time as well. I was shocked that I dropped my car off that morning and got my call to pick up that afternoon. Everybody is so nice, and my rental place was shocked that I came back with my rental so soon. I would recommend anyone to take their car to Gerber. I do not have to mess up my day tomorrow it was all taken care of today. It never looked like nobody hit me. My car is clean and pretty again!
