Rear back up cameras came loose, 2 times, and both times Francisco A. repaired them without issue... I have always had great service from this facility and most recently after being rear-ended. I recommend this operation without qualification

I came into Gerber Collision in Valparaiso with some deep scratches in the finish of the hood of my car from an automatic car wash, seeking an estimate. The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping me and the estimator, Daniel, was very personable and eager to assist. Daniel thought that he might be able to rub the scratches out, but when they proved a bit too deep, he asked if I would mind returning to give the painter a look. I returned and Daniel & the painter, Ben, took a look at the damage. Ben was able to make some time accommodation for me, pull the car into the service bay, and with some buffing and additional effort, he was able to remove the scratches. The hood looks great, the service was great, and the staff is courteous, professional and personable; first rate. I am very happy with the work and impressed with the team ... read more

I just wanted to extend my gratitude to BK. I had a major issue with my insurance company which stated that I had no rental coverage. I was told that there was a certain part that was needed and no real time frame for arrival.. This could have been very costly for me BK and the crew were able to remedy the situation and save me a great deal of money. I recommend Gerber to anyone who wants to be treated with professionalism and care.

TJ did a great job keeping me informed on the status of the repairs to my Mustang. He even called me a day earlier than expected to let me come pick the car up early which was really appreciated.

Service and work on my car were both excellent. Final bill was exactly what the estimate was, and they did a few extra things. I would use them again.

Body repair technician did a PERFECT job on repair of the collision damage. Jessica at the front desk is a perfect fit. Always pleasant to greet customers and help with any questions. Stephanie the estimator is a pleasant person to do business with. Donald H. is a great person to do business with. Handles problems promptly and satisfies the customer. If I need aditional body or glass work in the future, this IS my place to get it done.

This is my 2nd time being serviced by this company and that is the reason why I am a return customer. A couple of years ago I had an accident and they did a wonderful job. The customer service was impeccable both times. This time I did not know if they were going to be able to help me or not. Fortunately they were and did a fantastic job of getting my car back to looking brand new. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Justin/Sara was so very nice. Customer service is everything when dealing with the public and these two individuals have exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much Gerber for hiring remarkable people!!! I will always recommend people to this location. I hope customer service is the same at all locations.
