This has been, by far, the best experience I've ever had at a service facility. Berber has gone above and beyond to ensure that the repairs on my daughter's jeep were completed correctly, efficiently and flawlessly. Amy, the general manager, was such a pleasure to work with. She quoted the repairs accurately and communicated with me during the process. The people that work there are a great team. They're all extremely professional and friendly! It's very much a family environment. They answered all my questions, gave me a call twice a week to update me on the process and provided outstanding service. The folks at Gerber in South Elgin did a wonderful job repairing my car. From the front office staff, to the manager to the technicians, everyone was pleasant and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained what had been done to my car. They show great attention to detail and take pride in their work. My car was even ready several days earlier than what insurance had estimated. Hopefully, I won't need to have any future body work, but if I ever did, you can bet I'd go back to Gerber in South Elgin and will recommend them without hesitation.

Kate and Gail were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my car timely, and much to my surprise they washed the outside and vacuumed the inside! Last year I had to have my car repaired due to a collision , I went to your competitor. They were fine, but this location far surpassed what "the other guys" did. The bar has been raised. I won't go anywhere else, only to this Gerber location. AND I was referred by two other people, that says something. I'm very happy with my experience.

This being my first experience having a vehicle in any shop for collision repair. I have to say that the end result was the best I could ask for. This being an unexpected nerve racking experience , I have to give full credit to Keith E. for keeping me posted and notified with messages and pictures during the entire process. It's hard to find customer service anymore. Much less someone to go the extra many miles. Keith is an asset to Gerber!

Just picked up my car at the above location after having them replace the back bumper that was " scuffed " by a driver at a stop light. I must commend this facility for being the most professional from the initial appraisal thru the completion of repair. Kudos to Annabelle their receptionist for helping me with the necessary paperwork that had to be filled out. A special thank you to Rachael H. their estimator who kept me informed of the specific work that was being done on the car and taking me thru the entire process. To all the others (porters, body technicians, painters, etc.) your work was absolutely amazing and I thank you all. The only regret that I have is that I could not give you more than 5 "stars". Count on me to be one of those who will "HIGHLY WRECK-OMMEND" you to others!
