Did a great job repairing my vehicle after being in a MVA. Crystal and Bill were very helpful with keeping me updated on the status of the work and explained everything that was done. Would not hesitate to go to Gerber again if I needed repairs. Loving their "Guaranteed For Life" policy " .

My ram 1500 was hit from behind by a big truck and pushed into several others. I thought it was totaled. Gerber made it look like new. They even fixed a few things not from the accident. They kept me updated with frequent texts and calls and delivered on time and for the price originally agreed. Really, top marks all around! If you need a collision expert, I wouldn't hesitate to call Gerber!

I felt compelled to tell you what an ace you have in Orlando. I was treated with the utmost in professional service from your man, Robert E. Talk about above and beyond service. These guys even cleaned the car after the contracted work was done. I got a call from the center every three or four days to update me. They moved the process along quickly and made me feel like mine was the most important job in the shop. The first thing Robert did when he met me was inquire if my daughter was injured in the accident; what a nice guy. Hat's off to Gerber, you have a new customer for life in me.

I was very pleased with the service and repair work at this location. The staff were all very professional - provided informative, detailed explanation on repair job by agent (Steve); prompt reminder calls to update me on the status of the repair process; & convenient rental service on site. The repair job done on my car was excellent, like brand new car. I am very satisfied with the professional work they provided for my car repair.
