I brought my vehicle in, was given an estimate, on both cost & time of repair, my vehicle was repaired as promised at the estimated cost, and it was ready for me, fully repaired, on the date & time I was originally told. The folks at Gerber Collision and Glass did an OUTSTANDING job on my 2014 Fiat 500L. You would never guess ANY damage was done to my vehicle. The paint job was flawless (no nibs or orange peel) . Honestly, my car looks better then the day I drove it off the lot @ Henkel. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to any friends and family. The work done here is superb! Normally with good service I would only acknowledge once.... however, Gerber Wesley Chapel exceeded all expectations. Previously on my feedback I stated that upon picking up my vehicle the service person noted the air bag light on and with that concern suggested not releasing the vehicle until this was checked out. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience and delay. since this was on Saturday nothing could be done until Monday. On Monday we were contacted and informed there was a problem with the passenger airbag sensor and they were in the process of locating the part as quickly as possible....once again their apologies. I received a call at 5:23 that the vehicle was ready.
