My car was hit while parked in front of my home and was undrivable. Having never dealt with a situation like this before, I spoke with my Insurance Company, who provided me with multiple collision repair locations. I called Gerber Collision & Repair. Jamie was very helpful from the beginning. In fact, it was the customer service she provided from my initial phone call that was the deciding factor in selecting Gerber Collision & Glass. It turned out that my car was deemed a total loss; however, both Jamie and Ryan were very helpful throughout the entire process. Ryan explained the damage done and Jaime was very helpful in speaking with the insurance company, as well as being very quick to follow up with me. I appreciate their help and the great customer service. Thank you!

This operation does good work, right the first time and on time. They repaired our Honda Fit and was done one day ahead of schedule. I'm taking a old Jeep in for an estimate to fix repairs needed from the previous owner, because I know and trust them to provide a realistic estimate and actually do the work right without any issues. I can't remember the last time I was able to say that about other operations in the auto collision and glass business. Good job Gerber. You will have my business as long as you continue to do business like this.

I am so happy to have gone to Gerber Collision and Glass! They are exceptionally wonderful crew of workers. I was greeted by friendly smiling faces and best of all Harry the manager was VERY HONEST!!! He saw the danger of me driving my vehicle after I got estimate from Geico I went looking for a auto body shop to get car fixed. After 2 bad experiences with Sheehy Ford's auto body shop's manager Kevin I refused to take this car them to work on. ALL other auto body shop tolde a week before they would take my car, Harry said because he sees the damage to the rear driver wheel he took the car and couldn't guarantee that he was going to be able to start immediately and I was fine with that! I'm so pleased with their constant contact with me

Chris M. the individual who was my service provider ensured I was informed every step of the way. My car was repaired and returned back to me on time and looking almost like new. I brought my vehicle in for repair for a bent bumper. I needed a replacement for the bumper of my 2012 Kia Sorrento which cost over $200.00. The part was ordered and I was notified when the part arrived at the shop. I came with my four year old daughter and I was told it would take a few hours. I was not prepared to wait that long and I expressed my concern to Hector. He disappeared and in a very short time my vehicle was ready and repaired beautifully. In practically no time, my daughter and I were on our way again. I cannot say how much I appreciate the great staff, Hector R., Winston, Cristina and J.R., at Gerber Collision and Glass in Clermont, Florida. I recommend Gerber Collision to everyone. My car is a 10 year old Crysler that I'm very happy with. The cost of the damages were high enough to total the vehicle, with the initial rough estimate. I know that in some cases this is preferred, but not in my case. Jeff took a closer look, and managed to make it work. With my approval, he used some alternative sources for parts, and left other less important cosmetic items alone. The car looks great, and I've taken it on a few longer test drives, with no problems.
