Enjoyed working with the staff. Very professional! Kevin J. was my service advisor and did an outstanding job! Very detail oriented. My 2013 Toyota Tundra Platinum truck looks just like new again! Highly recommend these guys. They also replaced the windshield which was badly chipped due to road stones which came out of an 18 wheeler.

AWESOME service, from the first time I walked in the door until my truck was finished. I went in to get an estimate before I called my ins. co. and they scheduled me an appt. to get that done. They were considerate of my needs and time. When I called ins. and asked them to use Gerber I was pleased to know that it was on the approved easy list from State Farm. That process made it so easy. Gerber called me to schedule the painting. The process to drop off and get a rental were so simple. The BEST part is I was coming from Orlando to pick up my truck, THE NEXT DAY, (now that's service!) I was 5 minutes late getting to Gerber but the man on duty opened the door and let me pick up my truck, drop off the rental and he was so very kind and considerate. I really, really appreciate the service I got and the kindness shown. Very professional! I ... read more

Gerber has serviced our cars on more than one occasion. There has never been a time that we were not completely pleased with their work. They also do a great job of keeping us updated while repairs are being done. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heart beat.

My vehicle had pretty bad hail damage. We decided to go to Gerber Collision because we had heard good things about them from some friends. Chad was very friendly and helpful! My husband and I were very pleased with how my vehicle looked when we got it back.

Got my car back a few weeks ago and I am shocked that I just have received a call from my estimator Brittany. She said she was calling to make sure everything was going well. I am very pleased that they followed up. Did I mention that they drove my car to my work and returned the rental. This place is wonderful and I would recommend you coming to this shop because everyone is on board to please customers. Thank you again!

I brought my car to be repaired at Gerber Collision per Progressive insurance. I was in an accident where my car was hit in the rear of my car. The staff was very very nice! Jeff, the service gentleman at who took care of me Gerber Collision in Mister, IN. welcomed me with a pleasant greeting, he was simpathetic at the situation I went through with the accident. Jeff was very professional and so nice, he explained what the work on my car will entail. Jeff and staff did a great job on my car, I was extremely satisfied with their work and the crew at Gerber Collision. I will recommend this facility to friends and family. Thank You!

The insurance company was American Access, 2211 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515. It was not on your list. Eva W. was the Estimator. She was great to work with, was experienced, and kept me informed. I am very happy with the work done. It looks original! My car is a 2006 Lexus, but it looks great. That is why I wanted Lexus parts used when they could. I picked up the car on June 10, 2017, but have been too busy until now to write a review.
