When I first met John B. I told him and we also looked at the damage on my 1999 Chevy Astro van which is in very good condition. I told him some prices I got from a couple other repair places, and asked if he could give me a price on me paying out of pocket on repairs needed. He never asked how much the other shops were asking for repairs. When he came to give me a price, he stated he could put on a new left fender and probably same me in repairs. Compared to the other shops, it was a good savings for me! My wife broke her wrist so she could not drive me to the shop, John got me a ride home when I took it to get fixed. John updated me at least three times on the progress of the van, picked me up when the van was completed, and at present time was satisfied with repairs. I was happy to learn of the guarantee.

The whole experience was great. Carlson took a bad situation and made the process very smooth. He called when he said he would. He kept us informed along the way. Was very kind and caring. Wonderful job. The Tahoe repairs exceeded our expectations. Excellent. Will definitely recommend Gerber.

I brought my 2010 Camaro SS to replace the side passenger mirror. This car is in excellent condition and is stored every winter. Chris Guerriero took care of the car for me and did an excellent job. He had the mirror there quickly and when I came in, took the car in right away and had it fixed within an hour. I could not have been taken care of any better. I will always look to Chris in the future for any car body needs that I are required. Thanks Chris! Excellent service and customer care.

I was told by Dustin Johnson to just bring my car in for a headlight adjustment. When I arrived another employee (Chip) said I needed an appointment, so I made one for the next day. When I arrived, Dustin saw me and apologized for the mix up and took my car in immediately. He came back about 5 minutes later to inform me that Firestone had installed it incorrectly. My repairs were completed in less than 20 minutes. When I asked about charge for repairs, Dustin said there was no charge to compensate me for the mix up. I can't say enough about excellent customer service, and would definitely recommend anyone to utilize them for repairs.
