Great service from start to finish. Jorge Garcia was fantastic to work with, he explained repairs when I brought it in and went over everything when the car was finished. Loved getting updates via text and personal updates by phone twice a week. Car was originally to be finished 4 oclock thursday but actually ready thursday morning. Highly recommend Gerber In Matteson.

Quality Service, stellar professionalism, from scheduling the appointment with Ms. Fran to customer service from Kelly Ford. Ms. Kelly was very professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain the process of service on my Honda Pilot. Would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in a heartbeat. Extremely satisfy with the work done on my vehicle, it looks brand new!!!

They did a fantastic job repairing the hail damage on my car. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was top-notch. I think they even cleaned the inside of my vehicle for me too! Can't say enough good things about Gerber.

Excellent service again! Bill H. explained the damage to my vehicle to me and resolved the hanging bumper quickly so I could get on the road until my part, a front wheel well cover, arrived. I made an appointment to have the wheel well cover replaced and was in and out of the shop in an hour. Wow!

UT - 899 N Industrial Park Rd, Orem - 7/20/17
Yesterday we took our 2016 Toyota Highlander to Gerber in Orem, UT on the recommendation of our Toyota dealer, with our bumper tied up with rope after a hit and run fender bender left it hanging from one end. The folks at Gerber were able to repair it beautifully within a few hours as they knew it would be a considerable inconvenience for us to have to return at a later date to pick it up, as we live at quite a distance from their location. They were also able to keep the costs below our insurance deductible, so saved us considerable time AND money. We could not have been more pleased, both with the workmanship and with the helpful attitudes of all three of their personnel with whom we worked, the receptionist, adjustor, and body work technician. We highly recommend them and thank them for their excellent assistance.
