Went to Gerber to get an insurance estimate for a scratch that went down the side of my car. The technician said it was more of a transfer and said he wanted to have them try to just buff if out. I waited about 15 minutes, he brought the car back around as good as new and washed. Didn't charge me anything either. Will definitely bring any future body work/glass repair back to this location. Excellent customer service!

Some one kicked my new vehicle leaving black imprints and small scratch on bumper. I was near tears, Tom was a knight in shining armor Within minutes 95% of the damage was gone. Gerber has done great work in the past after a collision of a previous vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Recently my husband's car was hit by someone pulling out of a parking spot at our apartment complex. With him being on deployment I was panicked on what I was going to do. With the help of our insurance I was able to have it towed to the gerber collision and glass here in Everett as I am unable to drive a manual and with in one short week they had it looking better then ever. You couldnt even tell that there had ever been any damage. Not knowing how I was going to get it back home was my next obstacle but the staff at gerber offered to drive it to my apartment complex so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. They will never know how much that meant to me. I would highly recommend there service and expert team on any repairs that you may need they truly do outstanding work and go above and beyond expectations! Thank you gerber collision ... and glass! We are returning customers because Gerber did such an excellent job on our hail-damaged Taurus. When my Civic was rear-ended, we immediately requested USAA to let it be repaired by Gerber. They were responsible, courteous, and did superb body work. They were constantly communicating with us as to the status of the car. We couldn't ask for better service. Hats off to this fine company!

The repair on my Ford was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I was able to utilize the valet service where Gerber picked up my vehicle and dropped off the rental car. After the repairs were completed, my Ford was dropped off and Gerber picked up and returned the rental car for me. It was a very professional experience and I am very happy with the job Gerber Collision performed on my vehicle. Hopefully I won't need Gerber but I would not hesitate to use this company again.
