I am extremely pleased with the repairs on my 2003 Malibu. My steering had gone out and I crashed into a fence. The passenger side and front headlight area were badly damaged. After I had the mechanical repairs made, Gerber took over to do the body repairs. I was given a very reasonable quote on cost and they kept me up date on how the repairs were going. They finished the work even sooner than the time I was given. The customer service and the work, in my opinion, was exceptional. I would gladly refer my friends any time they may need body work done.

I backed up my brand new Lexus into another car in the parking garage, and the back bumper had a crack in between the top and bottom pieces. I was afraid that there might be important parts down there that are now exposed, and that the bumper might eventually fall. Jeff took a look, and explained to me that there aren't any important parts down there, and asked me the straight-forward question of how much I am planning to spend, as any bodywork done on these high-end vehicles are costly. After telling him that I am only planning on spending the minimum, and just want to be sure that the bumper wouldn't fall eventually, Jeff offered to help by putting in some clippers, and he won't even charge me! He took a screw-driver, some clippers, pliers, and rolled down under the bumper, on the ground under the hot sun, and started working. In the ... read more

The staff & service at Gerber Collision are EXCEPTIONAL!! Anthony did a wonderful job working with me after an unfortunate incident that I chose to self-pay. I was very nervous because it was explained to me that there would probably be internal damage once they remove the bumper... the estimate was just for the exterior. Anthony did a fantastic job keeping my expenses down, no hidden surprises and ultimately NO internal damage or extra charges!! I was kept informed via text every day on the progress of my car and even received my car earlier than expected. The integrity, professionalism and friendliness of this office is outstanding. I definitely recommend Gerber and am grateful to the person who directed me there.
