Excellent customer service. The front counter person proactively had a Gerber employee drive me to the auto rental location when the car rental company didn't arrive within a reasonable time period. Kyle S. promised my auto would be repaired in nine days and it took Gerber employees five days to repair my auto! my car looks great! i shared my outstanding Gerber experience with my employees at Regnier Insurance Services this morning.

Everything about my experience with Gerber in Catonsville was amazing. All the employees were very friendly, especially Kelley. I was worried about when I'd be able to pick up my car since I work during their regular hours. Since I live very close to the location, she drove my car to my house and left it in my driveway.
