Thank you so much. This was a very stressful experience for me. I had 2 cars in need of body work when they were both hit by the same at the time. Gerber was right there with me and assisted me from the moment I walked into the door. Even though this process was long I was kept in the "loop" every step of the way. Thank you to receptionist for handling all the paperwork and her friendly voice and smile. Thank you to Mike I believe, he helped me clean out my one car that was unable to be fixed and he talked me through the process. Thank you to all the guys that help fix my car's "boo boo". She looks great. :) Finally, Thank you to Dave L. for all his help and assistance and knowledge to make this experience one that was a little less painful. I just hope I don't need your services again - but if I do, I know you are ... there for me. read more

From my first phone call until I drove away with my vehicle repaired, EVERYONE I dealt with was first class. Even though we had a power outage due to the hurricane and I had to reschedule, my van was repaired quickly in 1 1/2 days! Yes, I would recommend them to friends.

Was only informed car was ready for pickup 30 min prior to their closing! Barely made it in traffic. Would have appreciated a call sooner. If I had to wait til the next day to pick up the car I would have been charged another day for the rental car!!!!

I was so pleased with the customer service I received while my auto was in for repair. I got constant updates by text and phone on the progress and even got my car back 3 days earlier then estimated. The did an excellent job on the repair. I appreciate the service I received and would definately use them again if needed.

Incredible service and work done on my vehicle. It took a little longer than expected, but the strings they pulled to get me my car back by a weekend crunch was phenomenal. Could not recommend them more for service on a bump and paint.

Quick and efficient. Reasonable pricing. This was not an insurance claim or collision. Just needed some cosmetic repair.

This is my third time to have a collision repair with Gerber (two of them from drivers backing into me). I've been very well taken care of, as has my car. Ashley W. has been my contact person each time, and she has been above-and-beyond helpful. I hope you know what an excellent staff you have at the Savannah office.
