These guys are great! My repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but that's only because the replacement door arrived with the wrong hinges, and then they wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. They even saved a bit of the paint so that I could address an older mishap that I had never put in a claim for. I'm really impressed, and should I ever need a repair again (which I really hope I don't), this is where I'm going.

First time to use Gerber and first collision repair; service was good, work was good, and they finished ahead of their projected completion date. Office staff was very responsive and helpful. Estimator explained everything well and worked with us on repairing only what we wanted and using after-market parts. I had a little trouble staying in touch with the estimator during the estimation process, but she sent text and phone updates during repairs.

I cannot thank Gerber enough for the repair work they did last week on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was amazed how fast they completed all the repairs. They kept me informed along the way and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. Jessica was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I picked up my car on Saturday morning. The man working at the counter either was new or doesn't normally work that position. He too was very friendly and even though he had trouble running my card, called whoever necessary to help him take care of it quickly so I could be on my way to the Buckeye game. My car looks brand new and I am very happy with it. Gerber even waxed the tires! Thank you to all the staff at Gerber.

I wanted to share the positive experience I recently had at Gerber Collision on Lb McLeod, Orlando. From the convenient time, Sunday morning, throughout the inspection process my expectations were exceeded. In a timely manner I was informed of the estimate and my insurance coverage by a professional claims representative. I would also like to recognize Nubia M. manager of this location, for her efforts that went beyond ... her positive approach informative and professional was appreciated and valued!
