Kelly F, the Estimator was outstanding as a representative of your firm. She showed me everything that would be repaired and explained the service thoroughly. She conveyed such confidence in what I could expect, that I immediately decided to request they schedule the repair as soon as I received the approval from SAFECO..They did an outstanding job and I am very pleased, I highly recommend you for the results you deliver. And I commend you for you choice in Estimators, that provide personnel like Kelly Ford.
