I will never go to any other body shop after going to Gerber. I was sent to another body shop by my insurance company and was horrified at treatment I received. I was then sent to Gerber collision after that, and what a difference. They gave me personalized service with a smile. They are professional, courteous, and do impeccable work. Talk about quick service. The ins company felt like it would take a few days for the whole process . Dropped my car off at 8 am Wednesday and expected to maybe get a call in a couple of days. To my surprise I got a call from Tim to let me know that my car would be ready about noon on THURSDAY. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the repair was excellent. The damage was fairly minor to the rear bumper cover and more so to the LT lower filler. Now looks like new. Based on this service I would recommend this company.

Absolutely cannot put into words how much I appreciate everything he did for me. Jenny at the front desk was also wonderful, very friendly, wonderful sense of humour, and an always bright smile. Everyone I have dealt with here at Gerber has been awesome, just wanted to make sure Earl and Jenny got the extra recognition they deserve.

Originally I had gone to one of your competitors was rushed out with an estimate that didn't seem right and felt like I was given no attention and told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could help me. I then went Gerber in Estero and was helped by Tom. He was professional, listened to what I had to say. The estimate was a little more but he explained everything. He stated that they were busy but would squeeze me in so that I could still get on my family vacation. We got scheduled for the next day and tom and his. They had us out in less then a week when the other company was saying a lot more. The repairs were great and I will recover them to everyone!

The individual that hit my car used Progressive as their insurance carrier. Not my choice of insurance. My choice for repairs was Gerber. Progressive insurance representative was not very customer friendly to Gerber or me. But Gerber worked with them, got my car repaired in a timely manner. I have used Gerber for all my car repairs. Always polite, very quick with the answers that I needed. Very pleased!
