Good Job.

Once again,Gerber has come thru with flying colors. The proverbial phrases "patience is a virtue" and "time is on our side" are certainly applicable in our situation. We had considerable damage to the front end of our 2012 Lexus in July. Gerber in Longmont co. was recommended once again by The Hartford Insurance company. Gerber employees Tech. Joe and Estimator Lisa P. did remarkable work. Lisa kept us informed of the progress during the whole process. While it seemed to take forever, she continually explained the problems and kept us relaxed. The final product is amazing. Great quality work. The Lexus looks new.In addition, Gerber did some repair work on My Chevy Pick Up. Another fine Job---completed in a week. Our congratulations to Lisa and Joe and the entire group at Gerber collision, Longmont Colorado. Thanks so ... read more

Chose Gerber because it was an approved repair facility for State Farm and was recommended by my siste. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and the customer service and care provided. Kevin called me every other day to update me on the progress of the repair. And the work was completed one week prior to the estimated date. They did a terrific repair on my Chevy Cruze and I recommend this facility to anyone in need of vehicle repair work.

Michelle was so helpful and friendly to set up the appointment. They got my car in the very next morning and returned it 5 days later which was 1 day less than thier original ETA. They communicate during the entire process and made it so easy. Picked up the car today and it looks brand new!!! Enterprise is right next door so it can't get easier than that.
