General Manager, Kim personally sees to it that every customer has a WOW reaction to their work and I was no exception. Kim went way above and beyond what I expected. 5+ stars (highly recommend). This facility was awesome from the initial appointment with Martin for the "walk around" to completion. Heather up front was great. Everything was arranged from the rental to believe it or not, a cleaning of the inside of my car. That was unexpected as there was no damage inside the car. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair or just needs a smile!!!!!

Very thorough with communicating what they would do, did do and assuring us proper care to address anything else for us going forward. Front desk service was satisfactory, but a little unprofessional. Condition of car, inside and out was very clean upon pickup. Very pleasing to this customer. I had my BMW repaired at Gerber Auto in Aurora and was completely satisfied by their service. I would like to comment on the professionalism of their personnel. Joseph S. explained the estimate as well as the time it would take for the repairs. The receptionist Michelle was very courteous and prompt waiting on me to schedule the appointment, as well as explaining the rental car pick up. I would recommend this location if you are in need of repairs. I am very particular about my car and they exceeded my expectations! Thank You.
