I have never had a vehicle worth fixing before, so I was guided along as to how it worked and how I would have a rental waiting and they were all so very helpful. When I came back to get my vehicle Matt L. was very helpful and nice. He brought in the light up stall and we looed over it together to make sure every thing was good. I was very impressed.

When we drove into the parking area, Tom S. met us and with confidence that we will have our car taken care of by the date we needed the car ready to drive home. Within that time frame, our car was ready and looked great. We were very satisfied and assured him if we needed body worked done again, we would absolutely return to Gerber's. Excellent workmanship and professioalism by Tom and his team.

I received excellent Service from Valerie and the team. Valerie was efficient, friendly, and kept me updated during the entire process. My bumper looks fantastic. I was not expecting them to detail my car - what a nice surprise!! I loved the experience with them and will recommend them to others.

The customer service and repair work was excellent. I had to return when my bumper wanted to "pop out" on the corner, but Bill H., the general manager made sure it was corrected. Thank you. I will always recommend Gerber at this location.
