Excellent service with a very difficult van to find parts for. We have a custom1996 Dodge Caravan and Eric went out of his way to find very difficult parts on our vehicle. When parts came in that were bent, Eric went out of his way to locate new parts that were not damaged. I would work with Eric again in the the future. We highly recommend this shop.

After being rear ended I was worried that my truck would never be the same, but the staff at Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe made my truck like new again and I am extremely thankful. Special thanks to the General Manager Bill H. He really went out of his way, talked to me personally on the phone about my vehicle, and eased my mind about the difficult situation I was in. He showed compassion about my personal situation and that really showed me he cares about his customers. Jordan C. was my estimator and was great at keeping me informed step by step as they fixed my truck for me, worked with the insurance company of the man who caused the accident so I wouldn't be stressed. I worked with Leah W. getting an estimate and having the damage to my Raptor repaired. My experience started off on a sour note because of the insurance company for the person that hit me. Thanks to the interaction Leah had with Assurance America, things quieted down and seemed to go smoothly. Hopefully I'm finished with them. I got my truck back yesterday, and I was extremely pleased at the outcome. The side panel and the tailgate looked good. The gaps were as they were when new. The paint matches and seems flawless. So far I don't see any orange peel. All in all, Gerber did a great repair job, and I was fortunate to have Leah as my estimator and go to person for my questions and concerns. All through the 2 plus weeks the truck was being worked on, Leah would call me to keep me informed and giving me updates on the progress. This is our third repair at Gerber. We choose to come back and do not consider another store/location. The staff is friendly, informative and patient with my questions. The work is exceptional. Most of all, they take the time to communicate with us on the status and updates. our estimator, even went above and beyond to finish the final paperwork so I could pick up my car the next day.

Excellent customer service. Was given an update a minimum of every other day for over 2 weeks via email or phone during the time they had the vehicle. Received the vehicle back in excellent condition. Had extensive damage to the tail light quarter panel and bed of truck and the bumper. Vey happy with the finished results.
