I am pleased to say, I received excellent service at the Gerber collision in Oak forest Il. They kept me updated through the process with text messages. Letting me know the status . Everyone that i had dealt with there, were very nice. When i went to picknup the car.. they went over the repairs... Not only did they fix the outside of the vehicle . It was a Great surprise , They cleaned up the inside . I didnt expect that.. i was like omg.. the inside looks Great. I Highly recommend Gerber Collision of Oak forest. Thank you Gerber collision..

I can't say that I enjoy getting in car accidents, but when I do, we only go to Gerber. As a matter of fact, this most recent accident came at a time when Gerber Downers Grove was full. My wife and I waited a couple extra days just so we could be seen by Gerber Downers Grove as opposed to others. As expected, the staff was amazing with updates and efforts. In particular, GM Rick K. and Production Manager Rick E. took extra care for us. It is because of this service and professionalism that we recommend Gerber Downers Grove to anyone we know who needs collision repair. Your efforts to be the best pay off. We hope to remain accident free in years to come, but if luck doesn't come our way, we'll be back to Gerber Downers Grove.

GREAT WORK!!!! Vehicle returned on time and as expected. I arrived either early or late in the day. Many technicians were arriving or leaving for the day. EVERYONE there took the time to make sure I was getting the assistance I needed or just stopped for a second to ask about my day. It is never good when you need to start your day at an auto body shop, but it made the experience much better realizing that I had chosen a shop that emphasizes recognizing and appreciating its customers. I hope I don't need a body shop again, but if I do, I will definitely spend my money with Gerber Rocky Mount.
