Absolutely amazing shop, they estimated that my car would take about 8 business days and got it done I just under 5, vehicle looks as though nothing has ever happened (it had $4500 worth in damages to the front). Very friendly and caring staff, I highly recommend Gerber!!

Gerber Collision in Garner did a great job on repairing my vehicle. Once the insurance company finally approved their supplement, the repairs were completed very quickly and the quality was great. Lots of talented workers and attentive front-end staff made this insurance claim much more bearable than it otherwise would have been. Wow!

I have to save these people were amazing they fix my car fast but they took their time they looked into every detail to see what had to be done if they left me messages to know and let me know what's going on with my vehicle they kept in touch and I like that I did not have to go through any hassle to get my car repaired they are the best and I will recommend them to anyone and if I ever get hit again they will be the people I go back to let's just hope that don't happen though lol thank you Gerber.

It's the Mechanical Blvd location. They provided great service from the consult to the repairs. Andrew & Molly kept in touch through out the entire process. They even have this texting feature that lets know where you car is at in the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I was impressed not only with their customer service, but the speed of the job. It was done 2 days before expected. I would go back to them or refer anyone to Gerber Collision on Mechanical Blvd to get your car looking brand new again.

The work performed at this shop was nothing short of amazing. My car looks brand new! Your employees are helpful, friendly and exceeded all expectations. I was kept informed and each person I dealt with answered all of my questions. I lost my tire lock and John actually had to go to the Honda Dealer to finalize the repairs. I am sorry for this inconvenience on my behalf. The work was also completed in record time. Wonderful experience.

The scariest experience turned out to be an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, to the quick check-in and inspection, to the friendly staff (TIFFANY!!!) and check-out... it was all way easier than I expected. And way less scary. I thought my brand new car was ruined forever, but this shop worked their magic and lived up to their 10/10 reputation. I highly recommend this company and this location specifically.
