Gerber Salem, Oregon did a great job with the body repair and paint on our car. The paint matched well, couldn't tell there was ever damage. Staff was friendly and provided daily notification of status of the repair and expected completion.They detailed the car nicely inside and out prior to turning it back over to us.The office staff provided excellent customer service and the technical staff in the shop did a great job with the repair. Unfortunately, I've had to use Gerber before for other mishaps, but fortunately I have Gerber to use. Was in on a Monday to have them look at the ding on my door and they called Tuesday to set up the appointment. I was driving my truck back home on Wednesday and it looked looked like new. Not only no more ding, but washed and sparkling like new. They go beyond the call and that's why I give this local business my business. GREAT JOB AGAIN GUYS!!
