The people at Gerber Collision were outstanding!!! Curtis L. was professional and detailed, making sure I understood every step. I'm not sure that place could run without Wendy Bl! She was a pure joy to work with; Kind, pleasant and understanding, keeping me informed every step of the way. I received calls from both Curtis and Wendy after the work was completed to ensure everything had been addressed and I was satisfied. As for the work preformed on my car, they did excellent work and were finished when promised. They even called for, and returned my rental. If you are looking for pros and cons....they were all Pros!

I had several issues that were out of the ordinary like I had to get my car smogged because my registration was due. They accommodated me and had my car completed ahead of schedule. I also forgot my garage door opener in the rental car and they were able to retrieve it and give it to me. Ephraim was a pleasure to deal with as well as the front desk lady.

After a last minute change from a different repair shop, Gerber was able to get me in same day and had my car fixed within a week and a half. The service and communication were great and my car was well taken care of. They handled everything with insurance and what could have been a stressful experience was stress-free. I'm glad I switched over to Gerber and they'll be my repair shop going forward.

The crew at Gerber Collision and Glass has done a excellent job at repairing my trucks front end damage. From dropping off my truck and all the way to receiving my truck back was a breeze. My estimator was Kelly F. and she was always advising me and alerting me what different steps of the process of repairs that were occurring. She and her crew removed dents, adds new parts, painted it and detailed it. My trucks front end looks new now. I love the customer service they give.
