Dustin J. was amazing! Came to the shop for my appointment to get a cash estimate. I just had a broken front grille and damaged paint on my bumper. My car has 260,000 miles so I really wasn't looking to spend much. Dustin went to do an estimate and saw that my grille was just popped out and he popped it back in on the spot in seconds at no charge. He also said that the bad paint job that a competitor (Caliber Collision) did a couple of years ago should still be under their warranty. He gave me some DIY advice for other blemishes on my car. I left feeling amazed at the wonderful customer service and, needless to say, Gerber has a new customer in me for life. Thank you, Dustin!

Upon walking into the shop, I was greeted with much kindness by Maricella. Upon speaking to her about the problem that I was experiencing with my car, she not only gave me a peace of mind that the problem could be fixed, but she immediately spoke to the manager to ensure me that I will be taken care of. The managers name was Corey, and he did not hesitate to not only ensure me that the problem could be fixed, bit also that it would be done correctly without a doubt. For the first time that I have come to Gerber, I am absolutely overwhelmed that I not only have individuals who have my needs at top priority, but also are respectful, and give me reassurance that they will do the job, and that they will do the job well.
