From the beginning to the end service was fantastic, the staff were professional, friendly and very attentive to repairing my vehicle. Every effort was made to keep me updated through the process and to return my car in a timely manner. My collision repair was fortunately minor and less than my deductible. I was impressed that Gerber only order the necessary parts and again kept updated as to the parts needed. Hopefully I won't need their services again, however if I do, Gerber will be my choice. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff.

Gail was my customer service rep and she was the friendliest ever! She was so helpful and accommodating when I needed to pick my car up at a particular time. She answered all my questions with a bright smile over the phone and in person. She was very pleasant to work with. Amanda was my rep that looked over my car and she made it feel like a white glove service! She was very friendly and seems very happy. My car looks fantastic - I highly recm'd them. I can't even tell anything happened to it. Their prices were right on. Great service from making the appointment to picking my car up. As approach and left even the guys outside were extremely friendly and smiled and said hello and asked me how my day was going. The people who work at this location are the greatest people I've ever had to deal with. From the girls at the from desk all the way to the repair people and all in between my experience was wonderful. They are kind, caring, considerate and absolutely pleasant. I got my car back in a timely manor and the work done was superb. I was informed periodically about what was going on. They washed and somehow shined my car so it looked new. Your company can be proud of the employees at you Fogelsville, Pa site.

Excellent service. Megan A gave excellent estimate of what would need to be done for repair. When I said I needed something less expensive, she consulted with the collision dept. and was able to get the price down. They were able to repair it the same day. Also, the receptionist Dina is always friendly and helpful.

This Gerber location is amazing!! The entire staff there works as a Team from the receptionists to the Estimator Mc Kinney to ,The Production Manager Rick E. who is a gentleman, scholar, and pure genius! To the General Manager Rick K. who was was kind and generous with his time. I would gladly recommend this Gerber location to everyone I know. I was very fortunate to have them work on my 2014 Ford Taurus that had 9,000 dollars of damage . They are very thorough and detail oriented and explained everything in Laymans terms so I could understand what the damages were and how long it might take and they kept updating me all the Time. They went above and beyond my expectations!Gerber would be smart to duplicate this Team everywhere!! I can understand now why Gerber is Nationwide!! My decision to select the Gerber location in Skokie was based primarily on convenience and only secondarily on reputation. My wife's Honda CRV had been T-boned by someone running a red-light and I assumed that it was going to be written-off. She had loved the car but could not imagine getting back in it after what had happened. When Allstate decided to proceed with the repairs, and not write it off due to the low mileage, our plan was to sell the car as soon as it was repaired. In fact, we purchased a replacement. When we did get our CRV back, the Gerber operation there had done such a great job that my wife insisted I take her "new" car so she could drive the CRV again. You would never know it was in a serious accident. It was like new. Everything about my experience at Gerber was perfect. The estimate was fair, the staff was friendly, and the work was SUPERIOR!! I appreciated the multiple updates I received on my vehicle especially since I was out of the country while my car was being repaired. The staff worked with me in any way that I needed. I hopefully will not need to use Gerber again, but if I do, I will gladly return!
