I was elated that the Ms. Q was so clear about the estimate and helpful with choosing a car rental service. She continued to explain significant details during the entire process and I knew I was in capable hands. Then I was amazed that my car was repaired within a few hours and that the estimated cost was higher than the actual cost! I was pleased that I received both text messages and phone calls. Everyone was wonderful. I laughingly told the Gerber team I'd use them again, but I hope it won't be necessary!

Brought the car in on July 17th. Was told it would be ready on the 20th. However when the parts came in Gerber did not like them and said the car would then be ready by the following Friday . Received a call on Tuesday the 23rd car should be ready on Wednesday. It was ready and looked excellent. Thank you for the great service.

Mo and his whole team are the best. My 2015 Mercedes got into an accident right before winter break 2017. It was my first accident ever, my car got squeezed between 4 cars. I was scared and have no idea how to talk to the insurance company or to fix my car. I got a little bit frustrated with the insurance company because it's just so hard to contact them. It took a week and I finally got the rental car so that I can drop off my Mercedes to Gerber to get it repaired. Everything was very stressful before that, until I walk into Gerber. The first time I walked in, they literally took care of everything. They took my car, contacted my insurance company, and drove me home. Through the fixing/waiting process, it was a constant communication. Emails, copies of the email that they send to the insurance company, text messages with process ... tracking, callings, and voice mail... They are always available when I call them. Their consumer service is the best. After two weeks, I got my car back and it was just like a brand new car. Even though it still has some on and off technical issues (Mercedes are so hard to fix with all the technologies, and so expensive, too), they were able to take care of it even it means that they need to send it the Mercedes body shop ( I don't think they can do a better job, but they need to use their own technologies to fix their problems...). They will care for your car until there are zero problems, and they you help you to fix it if your car happened to have continued problems. I need to say thank you to them: the whole experience means a lot to me, throughout the whole process, you guys are the one that I can trust and know that you willing and able to help me. It's been more than half a year from the accident, and I was satisfied with every single interaction with you guys. (Thank you for even checking and fixing my bumper this morning, it was not even from the accident and you are willing the spend your time and afford to do that. It might be a little thing for you, but for me, it really means a lot!)Thank you guys for taking care of the little things and big things, and hope you guys not get tired of doing what is good, and good luck to your business! read more
