My college kid had a fender bender. David was so kind to work through options with me. He helped smooth it out the best he could and recommended waiting til she's done w college (and not in that driving environment, parking garage, etc) to fix it. He could've told me it needed fixing just for the money but was honest and a great guy! Even showed me where to find the paint color on the door if I wanted to purchase touch up paint on my own. I will definitely return there!!! Also, their online program to submit pictures for an online quote was so easy to use and a quick response, too!

I returned to Gerber Collision recently to have an update on work that they had previously done before. A portion of the paint had started to peel. I met with Alonzo who immediately knew that the issue had to be taken care of but needed to get approval from his supervisor, Luciano. Once approval had been made, I was told to drop the car off the following Monday and it would take approximately 3 days. I received a call the following Thursday to let me know that my car would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived, I spoke with Alonzo and he introduced me to his supervisor, Luciano apologized for the initial problem. I accepted the apology. We went out to review what had been done. I was very pleased with the work. More importantly, I was pleased with how everything was handled.
