On 13Aug , monday morning i was ready to leave for office and i found my left side car mirror was broken and it was off, the left bumper and door also had a damage...It looks like somebody hit my car at night when it was parked in the parking area of our neighborhood. I got the recommendation from the insurance company - Liberty Mutual, that i can take the car to Gerber Collision for repair. Thanks Gail for handling my case. Whenever i called Gerber Collision for update, Gail was always responsive, kind and gave a confident that my car was in a right hand and it would be fixed. So far my experience was good and i would recommend others to reachout to Gerber Collision for any kind of repair work.

I was very pleased that I was kept informed as to the progress of the repairs. Lucero A. called me as promised at least twice a week. When we picked up our vehicle, it was looking better than we expected. Gerber did a great job. Hopefully I never need a collision repair again but if I do, Gerber will be my first call.

I can't say enough about this Gerber Collision. Thank you to Jason W., Paolo and Denise! Paolo and Denise were so great. They were so kind and cheery every time I walked into the shop. I forgot a few items in my car that I needed to bring back home with me. Paolo offered me a bag to put my belongings in. They explained everything in detail and gave me "after care" instructions for my vehicle. They were HONEST! This is the first shop where I did NOT feel like I was being taken advantage of.
