I was so impressed with the service I experienced with Gerber Collision. From the time I originally came in to drop my vehicle off for repairs, the staff were so welcoming and thorough with details of the process that were to come. It was so reassuring to be updated via text and calls about the steps that were taking place, and when my vehicle would be available for pick up. Hector did a fantastic job at keeping me informed through the entire process. He made it easy for me! I would also like to express how extremely grateful I am for the cleanliness of my vehicle, inside and out! On top of just experiencing a collision, when I was driving to Gerber, my child got sick and vomited in my vehicle. This is extremely rare, so when it happened, I was in disbelief and a little embarrassed that I was about to leave my vehicle with Gerber, ... smelling like vomit. I cleaned everything as best I could, but the smell was still there. (The staff even offered their assistance, but I declined, of course) On the drive back to retrieve my vehicle, I dreaded the thought of the smell of vomit that I knew was stewing in the Florida sun for a week. I was in total shock when I opened my vehicle's door and everything was spotless! It smelled so clean and refreshing, I was in disbelief. I might have been happier about that than the actual repair itself. (LOL) I appreciate the staff and service at Gerber of Clermont. This experience was quick and painless... Gerber fixed my bumper faster than expected with OEM parts. I was given updates regarding my vehicles status and a rental car agent was able to pick me up during my 2 day repair. Upon returning home, new paint scratches were noted on my vehicle next to where the repair had been done. Gerber got me back in quickly under their lifetime guaranty and made it right. Thank you! I am glad to have my van back to normal.

Anyone needing repairs on your vehicle; dont take your vehicle anywhere, but.... Gerber Auto Collision & Glass in Duluth Ga, on satellite. These people know how to fix your car and they genuinely care about any and everyone who walks through their doors. i called to schedule and appointment and I talked with Suzanne who said we can have Ashley to meet you after hours so you can drop your car off and get your rental. When I dropped by car off it was after 6pm, Jean, Ashley, Brian met me at the front door and they told me that Suzanne waited and has just left. They took their time to listen to all my concerns and then they took meticulous notes to make sure they say look every thing i pointed out. I picked my car up today and I cannot believe its the same car. The quality of work is beyond what I expected!!!! My car looks brand new. You ... cant tell that my car had been damaged. Dont let your insurance company tell you where to take your car for repairs; you take your car to Gerber; they care and they will fix your car right!!!!
