Service here was awesome. My car was done quicker than expected and looks great!! Whoever detailed my car did an amazing job. They even took off the dealer lettering on my trunk that was starting to fade and peel. That's something I wanted done for awhile! Stevie is truly an asset to this location. She is friendly and called me every time there was something to be updated on. Please have whoever is in charge of this location commend her on her work and show her this review please.

The office staff was polite and efficient. I especially like the bi-weekly feedback from Spencer concerning my repairs. When I asked for a couple of things to look at if possible, it got done. I would highly recommend their service.

Had a collision with a deer on 10/19/2018. It survived and after a little time out, it ran off. My vehicle was not so lucky. After contacting State Farm, I must say it became much easier to deal with. They called a tow truck, ordered a rental car and recommended Gerber Collision and Glass in Naples, Florida. Many thanks to State Farm for taking over the repair schedule etal. Gerber Collision and Glass kept us informed as to the progress, hold ups or additional damage discovered on work progress. They were most helpful when I got in touch with them and their office staff was outstanding. I did not get to meet the repair staff but their work is really first class.
