The service was great! The people were so friendly and helpful! The only negative was they were so busy, they couldn't get my truck in for repairs for a couple of weeks. But once they got it, it was done in a timely manner and done right!

My vehicle a Lincoln MKS was recently totaled. I was not at fault and requested that it be taken to Gerber Collision . This was the second time I had been rear ended in this vehicle and the first time it was repaired at Gerber. The staff are so professional and the whole situation which is normally not a pleasant situation, was amazing. I want to say a special "thank you " to Chuck A. who is the Estimator. He and his two technicians (I apologize for not remembering their names) went above and beyond what was required of them. I also would like to thank Tabitha the manager and also Becky.
