I could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service that I received over the last 2 weeks from Gerber Collision and Glass. My car was hit in a parking lot on Fort Bragg, resulting in roughly $3000 dollars worth of damage to the trunk panel and rear of the car. During the repair process I was updated every 2-3 days on the progress of the car either by text or phone call, the damage was repaired ahead of schedule, and quite honestly the car looks better now than it did prior to the accident. I jokingly asked a few of my co-workers if they would hit the front end of my car with theirs just so I could take it into Gerber again. I will recommend this Gerber location to all of my family and friends in the future for collision and repair needs.

I am happy to report that the customer relations person, and the technitions that repaired my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu to like Show Room new condition. I will definetly recomend your Co. to any one needing either Collision Repair or glass service. 'I was in the accident on Monday on wednesday I was contacted to bring it in for preliminary inspection. My vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday I was told initially that it would be returned by Tuesday. However Ricky called me and said that I would have my vehicle on Friday. Instead of them having my vehicle for 6 days it was actually less than 36 hours. I am very satisfied with the condition in which my vehicle was returned. Every step of the process was amazing. Thank you. You will definately have more buisiness from me in the future. (no accidents though)'
