Stumbled on this location from google reviews after dealership referred us to another. They were backed up 2 1/2 months and the front desk was not so user friendly. Google reviews were strong so we decided to try. This turned out to be a blessing. Girl at front desk was so professional, helpful, and a delight to work with. I really did not know the business was here, a hidden gem. Needless to say, we got our car back in the week and we feel it looks better than before the small accident. Greatly pleased. We would definitely recommend this location to others. We appreciate you Gerber Thanks.

They sent a survey for Gerber collision and Auto Glass to my phone and I made a mistake and didnt understand the question till I went to the other question but there was no back button to go back. Gerber collision and Auto Glass in Fayetteville on Bragg boulevard did me good is there any way that you can resend me the survey that you sent to my phone 910-301-4528 so I can redo it again because they were the best and I don't want them to get a low score or low rating for my mistake.and I want to redo the survey. Don't give them a low rating because of my mistake.

The front desk receptionist, and our estimator, Reyes Velarde, were professional and courteous. We were pleased with the results plus the car updates were timely, the car was ready early and it was washed and cleaned to boot! We highly recommend Gerber Collision.

My experience was incredible. This a high paced hard working group of employees. My service was done earlier than projected and my newly redone bumper is the nicest part of my car. They are all very polite, happy, and above all, PROFESSIONAL. I would recommend this place to anyone needing car or glass repair. Tommy L. was very helpful and nice. Latonya S. was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She needs to get an increase in pay or a company bonus check because she went above and beyond. Her customer service skills are exceptional!!!!!!

I have to say ... without a doubt ... the folks are beyond great ..... I was scheduled to have surgery (i live alone) , and also needed my bumper repaired .... didn't really want to mess with a rental .... well to make a long story short Ms Latonya and Ms Michelle got together and figured they would drop me at the hospital and pick me up after my surgery and recovery was finish .... and that's exactly what they did ..... I am wheelchair bound so I have to have a special vehicle to get around in .... and the repair .... omg ...you already know .... if you want great customer service and the repair done right ... you might look at dropping off or bringing it by here ....

I returned to Gerber at this location because of the wonderful most satisfying first experience with their fairest experience I have ever had over my 45 years of driving experience and incidents for repairs. The staff is caring and knowledgeable giving detailed vehicular repair information and options for repair as well as excellent updates, repairs, and delivery afterwards. I will always return to them and I do honestly suggest that everyone seek their services before going anywhere else. I am most appreciative for how they cared for me--everyone of them!

First I would like to say that, this shop has set the bar. When my car had a blow out, they were there for me and my wife. They stayed after hours to make sure me and my wife was safe. Once we arrived they made sure our rental car was available. Being disable, they made sure that my wife and I didn't have to lift a finger. When we picked up our car, customer service was given to us just the same as before. They made sure we had the made sure we had all of their contact info while we traveled back to Texas. I would recommend them at the drop of a dime.
