Tom and his crew were outstanding. He advocated for us, the customer, in what was a very painful insurance process with Progressive (not our insurance company). Tom was very patient in seeing this repair through, even though Progressive threw up roadblocks / created delays at seemingly every step of the way. Tom was excellent in staying in communication with me relative to the status of his attempts to work with Progressive and relative to the status of the repair. Our family has taken several automobiles to Gerber Collision for repair, and we have had a good experience with each one.

I give Gerber's 5 stars plus. Received my car back less than the time promised. They emailed me during the repair process to keep me informed of the progress of the repairs. The job on my car was excellent. It looks brand new. They cleaned it inside and out. I highly recommend Gerber Collison and glass. They were A One!

Taylor and Sarah were who I dealt with and they were extremely helpful and very nice and cheerful during every encounter; over the phone and in person. One even stayed late for me and made some accommodations. The techs completed the job well and much faster than anticipated.
