My State Farm insurance agent gave me information about Gerber Collision after a discussion about where they would recommend getting my car repaired. The location selected was quite close to my house and the representative that answered the phone and arranged an appointment was very friendly and informative. Upon my arrival, the inspection area was undercover and clean. The agent who inspected my car was efficient, personable and after taking photos presented me with an estimate within 30 minutes. The rate was most competitive with what I had from other sources so I agreed to have Gerber do the repair. The car actually belongs to my husband but I took it in for repairs (a gift for his birthday and our wedding anniversary), so that is why my name appears on the paperwork. Gerber had repaired some damage that was done to my car earlier this year and because I was very pleased with the work and the employees, I decided to take his car there.

This location was wonderful. They checked my car, ordered the part, and called me as soon as the part came in. My car was ready two days later. We were getting ready to go to an appointment, so an employee delivered my car and returned my rental-unheard of! Greg was great helping us out. All f my repairs came out perfect. We couldn't be happier with the repairs and with the way we were treated. Thank you so much.
