I was quite impressed by the thorough estimates (2 choices of product), the efficiency of the estimator, and the fast turn-around of the installation of my side-view mirror. I compared this with an estimate from a neighborhood repair shop and was amazed at how much lower the Gerber price was. No complaints here!

John Liscovitz and the rest of the staff at this Gerber were extremely hard working and accommodating. When Allstate, the insurance company of the person who hit my Honda tried to nickel and dime us, John and Gerber were having none of it. Liscovitz went to bat for me and couldn't have done a better job. Not only was my car done well, it was done quickly. Hopefully I will stay out of collisions but if not, I will certainly return to Gerber and John Liscovitz.

I had small chips on my car from commuting during the winter (salt). I purchased the touch-up paint and Gerber applied it on the car where it was needed. The car looks great! And this was a service they did at no charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great service you provided.

Staff was very personable and always available. All my questions were handled promptly. I was updated several times during the week by phone. The work was very well done; in addition, the car had been washed, and the interior vacuumed. Added value!

I was very impressed with the professional service I received at Gerber. They handled all of the correspondence with the Insurance Company, arranged a rental vehicle, and finished the repairs quickly. It was hassle free and they did a great job! Gerber's customer service and quality of work in excellent. Our minivan looks as good as new after they fixed collision damage on the bumper and rear tail light. I came back to Gerber a few days later with a a problem in the driver side window that ended up being caused by a Toyota recall issue. Rob and his team fixed it for free with no questions asked - that is great customer service!

Rain water was seeping into my car from under the dashboard. The folks at Gerber (Evanston, IL) repaired the problem in a timely fashion. I found the folks at Gerber to be friendly and courteous and they took the time to explain the cause of the problem. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fact that my auto was given a car wash. I would definitely recommend Gerber (Evanston) to my associates.
