I was very impressed with the professional service I received at Gerber. They handled all of the correspondence with the Insurance Company, arranged a rental vehicle, and finished the repairs quickly. It was hassle free and they did a great job! They also took care of some follow-up work I requested!

Gerber's customer service and quality of work in excellent. Our minivan looks as good as new after they fixed collision damage on the bumper and rear tail light. I came back to Gerber a few days later with a a problem in the driver side window that ended up being caused by a Toyota recall issue. Rob and his team fixed it for free with no questions asked - that is great customer service!

Rain water was seeping into my car from under the dashboard. The folks at Gerber (Evanston, IL) repaired the problem in a timely fashion. I found the folks at Gerber to be friendly and courteous and they took the time to explain the cause of the problem. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fact that my auto was given a car wash. I would definitely recommend Gerber (Evanston) to my associates.

I had some minor paint and body damage after a collision. It was my first accident, so I didn't really know what to expect. They were recommended by my insurance company and were close to public transportation, so I decided to go with them. I'm very impressed with the quality of their work. Their customer assistance was excellent as well--very friendly! They also finished the work within 3 days, which was much appreciated. Heaven forbid I have another car accident, but I would definitely go back to Gerber if that were to happen.
