Dustin J. was amazing! Came to the shop for my appointment to get a cash estimate. I just had a broken front grille and damaged paint on my bumper. My car has 260,000 miles so I really wasn't looking to spend much. Dustin went to do an estimate and saw that my grille was just popped out and he popped it back in on the spot in seconds at no charge. He also said that the bad paint job that a competitor (Caliber Collision) did a couple of years ago should still be under their warranty. He gave me some DIY advice for other blemishes on my car. I left feeling amazed at the wonderful customer service and, needless to say, Gerber has a new customer in me for life. Thank you, Dustin!

Originally I had gone to one of your competitors was rushed out with an estimate that didn't seem right and felt like I was given no attention and told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could help me. I then went Gerber in Estero and was helped by Tom. He was professional, listened to what I had to say. The estimate was a little more but he explained everything. He stated that they were busy but would squeeze me in so that I could still get on my family vacation. We got scheduled for the next day and tom and his. They had us out in less then a week when the other company was saying a lot more. The repairs were great and I will recover them to everyone!

The service I received from all the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass was absolutely phenomenal. Every single person I encountered was professional and kind, which was tremendously appreciated. I was in town from Kentucky and wrecked my car while being in Florida for an extended period of time. The turn around time was exceptional with frequent updates on the progress being made through out the process. Upon getting my car back, the final product was fantastic. The work they did for me was flawless. So happy to have my car back. Thank you so much to each member that was a part of repairing my car so I could get back home safely to my family.

I was told by Dustin Johnson to just bring my car in for a headlight adjustment. When I arrived another employee (Chip) said I needed an appointment, so I made one for the next day. When I arrived, Dustin saw me and apologized for the mix up and took my car in immediately. He came back about 5 minutes later to inform me that Firestone had installed it incorrectly. My repairs were completed in less than 20 minutes. When I asked about charge for repairs, Dustin said there was no charge to compensate me for the mix up. I can't say enough about excellent customer service, and would definitely recommend anyone to utilize them for repairs.

I had a 3 inch scratch on the rear bumper on my 2015 Chrysler 200. Dustin explained to me all the time and work it would take to repair the scratch and the high cost. He explained how I could repair the scratch myself and said if I needed any more advice for me to call him. I was shocked how helpful he was. I would refer my family and friends to Gerber for being so honest. Thanks

I'm a snowbird that was involved in a major accident while in Florida ( not my fault by the way---was rear ended). I chose Gerber in Estero as it was on State Farm's select service list ( I'm a former State Farm employee). I had damage to the front and back and drivers side fender. This shop got the work done a week ahead of what was promised, and the guys did a great job on the extensive body work. Overall, very pleased, at this point in time, with the local Gerber shop.
