WOW! AWESOME!! I nearly cried when I saw my car and how beautiful it was again. This car accident hit me hard, emotionally, and Jason and Louise at Gerber were very supportive. They worked me in between all the hail damage claims on their plate; worked late hours (evident from the 6-7pm phone call updates); found parts for my Saturn which is hard to do; and handled all aspects of the insurance company. When I saw it sitting in the visitor lot ready for me to pick up and looking brand new, I was overwhelmed!! Thank you! Thank you!!

From my first contact with Louise to meeting and having Jason Kersey review the car's hail damage I had a good feeling this was going to be a good experience. I was right. So often we think we're in capable hands and are left feeling we didn't receive the service we hoped to receive. I received friendly and professional service, Jason called with updates every other day and gave detailed explanations of all the work being performed on my vehicle. Just got my car back which was in for minor paint repairs. What a 'wow' experience! Everyone was friendly, the car was done two days before the promised date, and they kept up with me twice a week while it was there. I will never go anywhere else again! They even buffed out a big scratch fro a very reasonable price!
