Had a "wow" experience at this location. The repair work looks great. the staff was friendly and really attended to my needs. I was kept informed on the progress and felt the pricing was reasonable on some non insurance work I also had done while my vehicle was there. I will definately reccomend this business to others and will use them again myself in the future if i have need to do so!

WOW - I just loved working with Louise! The car was in from two different accidents two months in a row. The team did a great job both times, particularly the second. Cleaned the inside of the car and even repaired where the car had been keyed, clearly not related to the accident. Again, the best part of the experience was working with Louise, who was funny, cheerful and helpful every time.

The receptionist and Jason were excellent in keeping me updated on the repair. While the vehicle was at the shop, I also had the cracked windshield replaced at an excellent price! This was our second visit to Gerber - as the same car was involved in an accident just 1 month before - where Gerber also did those repairs. Excellent Job!

I drive by Gerber twice a day & thank God had never needed your services, obviously the day came in February that I did. I am insured by Progressive but the individual that hit my car was through USAA (my former insurance carrier) and they sent me to your location. I also want to point out I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I am intimately knowledgeable with repair centers, dealerships, and the like. I don't think I can accurately describe my elation with your service, work, follow-up, and employees. The estimate was painless and quick, your availability and follow-up was second to none and I even had a GREAT experience with ERAC and my rental. The woman (I apologize for not recalling her name) at the front desk was as professional, warm, and kind as I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I brought my daughters once and was ... anticipating a good hour of sitting, haggling, waiting etc. and NONE of that came to pass. I almost wish we could have had more time there. Not only will I never utilize anyone else but I would never let anyone I know go elsewhere. Hell if you guys sold bagels I'd buy them. I obviously am thrilled with ALL aspects of my experience and can not thank you enough. No, I am not related to anyone there, my experience was just THAT good. Kudos to all and God Bless. read more

Actually, my insurance is with Liberty Mutual but the repairs were paid for by Progressive Insurance since the other person was at fault and Progressive accepted liability. Jason and Louise were very helpful. I really appreciated their kindness in keeping me updated with the repair process during what was a very stressful time for me. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for true professionals in the car repair business. Thanks Gerber for great service!

I brought my vehicle in for a door ding and the folks at Gerber were fabulous! Jordan inspected my vehicle and even offered to remove the scratches in the dent. I was able to be scheduled within just a few days of coming in and the repair was done in an hour. Excellent customer service and the workmanship was great! Would recommend this Gerber location and Jordan specifically to my friends and family.
