Louise and Tom (I think that's his name--the guy that called me every Tues and Thurs with a status of my vehicle) were amazing. My accident was unfortunate and not my fault, but if I had to deal with someone regarding the damage to my car, I'm glad it was Louise and Tom. They responded as quickly as possible and with a professional and friendly attitude.

Louise has been a pleasure to work with along with the various staff that has performed the estimates on my cars. Hopefully, I will never need a reason to return to Gerber's (no more accidents please!) but in the unlikely event I have a car that needs repair work done; I will not hesitate to bring my business back to Gerber in Englewood, CO.
