I wish to commend the team at Gerber Collision & Glass for their great customer service. Kayla & Sarah were both extremely helpful at the front desk whenever I was there and assisted me both times. I was amazed at the fantastic job Liam M. did in estimating the damage to my Toyota Camry, preparing the list of parts I needed, and helping me get them ordered quickly, too! Liam called me weekly to update me on the progress of their work, and today I was able to go and pick up my car, which was just like new since they even washed and cleaned it too! The best part was that I thought I'd have to pay for it myself until I found out that Allstate would cover the cost, and I only had to pay my $750 deductible. Liam and the gals at the front desk took care of the paperwork for me, and I appreciated all of their help + the kindness they ... showed me every time I was there! The whole team is so professional that I will be referring them to my friends & family members from now on! What a great experience it was to have their help during such a nerve-wracking time! Couldn't have asked for a better experience getting my car repaired starting with the ladies at the front desk to the estimator to the repair person. Was able to get the car in in a timely way, received updated messages to update me and was able to get my car back in perfect condition. I would never go anywhere else.

Super great service...pretty dang fast too. Car had 10k damage. They repaired it flawlessly in about a week. The front desk people re super helpful and work with your insurance to get the job done. Everyone I worked with at the Englewood, CO location were friendly and helpful...Kayla, Sarah, and Nick. They were welcoming and professional. The whole team, from the front desk person, to Carma my estimator, and everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. I really appreciated receiving updating texts and being able to call and talk to Carma anytime I needed to. From the first call to picking up my completed car, it was less than 10 days! They worked so well with my insurance company that I had zero issues or headaches. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! They fixed my car in less than a week while other shops estimated four weeks. (They even returned my rental.) Carma took her time to explain exactly what needed to be done and warned me to be careful of shops who try to take advantage of women (like the first one I got my estimate from). I totally trust this place and will definitely recommend them.

Did a great job with repairing my 2017 Tacoma. Found a number of extra repairs needed so it took a little longer than was estimated but I was kept informed bi-weekly on the status.
