I have never gone a company's website to provide feedback before, but the experience I had at Gerber Collision in Ellicott City on Ellicott Center Drive was so extraordinary that I had to do it. One of my children had a minor incident with the garage door which bent in the front fender of my car just enough that the passenger door would not open. Because the car has a lot of miles on it, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it, so I went to Gerber and asked what they recommended. Everyone I encountered there was so helpful it was amazing. They not only suggested a very practical solution, but they also addressed the problem while I waited and the charge was incredibly reasonable. My great compliments and gratitude go to to Gail Reed, the estimator, for her very gracious assistance, and particularly to Vince R., the technician, who ... fixed my problem while I waited. Wonderful folks at Gerber...I definitely will go to them with my next auto body problem. They were terrific. read more

Everything was fixed, and looks great paint and body gap wise as promised and on time and during the process were treating but very friendly and experienced staff. Sadly when our vehicle was moved to gerber from where it got damage, the tow truck driver who gerber DID NOT choose, damaged our vehicle by prying to door open and getting it on and off the flat-bed with no key but by dragging it on and off and when it was dragged off, was by, and i kid thee not, tying one end to a dumpster in gerbers back lot and dragged off of the flat-bed back on the ground. Luckily gerber was smart and nice enough to take photos of this happening, told us about everything and we started making phone calls to get this extra damage paid for and taken care of. In the midst of all this madness gerber was on top of it, always answering the phone and the final ... day of picking it up, stayed late even to help us, talk to us and see me and my wife off with no concerns. Today I received my car back from Gerber Collision & Glass and I'm very pleased with the service and repair. I was a self pay customer and received a fair estimate and excellent body repair service. When additional damaged was discoved by the Gerber technican. They provided options and recommendations on the best way to repair the damage. I was a long time customer of Pie Body Shop but have found that Gerber ofters the same quaility service and more. Gerber administrative service is also excellent. Kristina is friendly, helpful and very professional. I highly recomend Gerber to my family and friends.

My car was in an accident, which was not my fault, and from the day of the accident to the completion of my car, Gerber was awesome! When I called them they treated me like I was the only customer. They got me an assessment appointment right away and had me in and out the door quickly. When it came time to scheduling appointment, they were very upfront that they were busy because they stand by there work. When I dropped my car off the young lady at the front desk knew who I was, called enterprise to have them bring me my rental and I was in and out. During the time my car was in, which was roughly a month, Gail called me twice a week to update me what was going on. Even if something wasn't going right she would still let me know. Gail told me if she wouldn't put it on her car, it wouldn't go on mine. It was peace of mind. They also sent ... email updates letting me know the status of my vehicle. So I heard from them a lot which was a good thing. They met the deadline and had by car ready a couple of hours before the original pickup time. All in all I had great customer service and my vehicle turned out great! The young lady at the front desk (I apologize I don't remember her name) and Gail were excellent and made me feel like only my car was being worked on. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. read more
